I had one of the worst experiences of my life with Chevrolet Graico Lauderhill.
I purchased two vehicles on Nov 8th — a 2026 Silverado (new) and a 2025 Traverse that was presented as “new” with only 5,600 miles because it was “only driven by the store manager.” Later I found out it was actually sold as a used vehicle.
Within one week, the Traverse showed serious problems:
* right rear light failure
* Reduced Acceleration warning
* severe overheating
* coolant completely empty
* radiator burst, leaving me stranded on the road

It was my worst experience ever. My vehicle sat idle for seven full days before they even began trying to diagnose it. Because I am a contractor that uses my vehicle to generate income, it was devastating. They kept my vehicle for well over 3 weeks in total but it only took them a day and a half to repair it. They have lost my business for life!

Buyer beware. Went to this dealership from West Palm Beach and the sales guy was nice but the first finance guy was a complete jerk. I bought a Equinox from them and walked out with signed paperwork for credit union and a couple days later the dealership canceled the loan with the credit union and put me with GM Financial without my knowledge and no signed updated paperwork. Horrible techs who can’t fix a car and don’t check over any of their work. Dropped of my Camaro for blue screen backup, extended crank, cold start misfires (I work at another shop my guys scanned it and told them there’s a tsb for it). Said they replaced the camera, crank and mil due to carbon. Pickup and still a blue screen after driving 2 miles down the road to work, they didn’t even put my car in reverse after doing the camera.

I have an issue with the bank and a car I bought for my granddaughter for over a year. I went there today and Cameron a manager takes care of it for me.
I dropped my vehicle off on a Thursday for warranty repairs,Information said it could take up to 72 hours for vehicle to be diagnosed. Here it is the following Thursday and I still don’t have my vehicle my truck wasn’t looked at to following week then was told parts would need ordering no communication from service advisor at all . I had to reach out to him . Will not return to this dealership for not even oil change. Discussed with this advisor all type of excuses lost phone out sick etc etc

Went for oil change and tire rotation.. they stated the would not touch my after market rims because they didn’t want to scratch them. He did say they was a slight wait on OIL CHANGE. Visited this Saturday morning in May to consider purchasing a new 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer. Our salesman was a young man and we warned that we have been involved in car sales for more than 40 years and know every trick and game. We were willing to pay MSRP (27000) for unit and even their high and extraneous 900+ dealer prep fee if we could get the RS unit in another color combo. Service center scam - always looking to UPCHARGE customer. Purchased GM key fobs at the service dept $175 then advised $170 to program. After waiting 30 minutes, Service tech “we are unable to program the key fobs there must be something going on with the vehicle, we must do a diagnosis of the vehicleWhich would cost a minimum of $358 plus parts.” So in essence $700+ visit. This review is for finance department. We bought a 2017 CHEVROLET EQUINOX 4D LS in May 2019, and the car got totaled on Dec 31, 2020. We bought a gap insurance and extended warranty with for peace of mind in the event like this, but instead it had been a nightmare to deal with. I called the service department because my check engine light came on and remained on. It was on a Saturday and I expected to be told to bring my vehicle in on Monday. I spoke with Marcio Ribeiro and was told I could bring my vehicle in that day to get it checked out. I arrived and was met by Marcio and completed the paperwork. I was kept informed throughout the process. My vehicle was repaired by mid-afternoon. Thank you.
